Getting involved in local Hokie Clubs or becoming a Hokie Representative is a great way for donors to stay involved with Virginia Tech Athletics. Local Hokie Clubs are always looking for passionate Hokies who would like to get involved serving in their areas. Hokie Reps help the VTAF staff recruit and retain donors in their areas as well as help with local events throughout the year. How to Become and Award Winning Rep or Area Club President
Hokie Reps must have a minimum of 25 active members in order to qualify to be an award winning representative. Reps who live in Group A will then need to sign up a minimum of 3 new members in order to be award winning. Reps who live in Group B will be required to have at least 2 new members OR upgrade two existing members to the next level.
Award winning presidents must have a growth of at least 15% in membership or have at least 5 award winning Hokie Representatives in your area. All other award winning presidents will receive 1 priority point. These points will accumulate over time just like their other priority points do under the Hokie Scholarship Fund Program.
