Hokie Club will offer pre-game meal prior to Wednesday night NIT Game

The Hokie Club will offer a pre-game meal in the Bowman Room prior to Tech's first round NIT game on Wednesday night, March 17. We will open the Bowman Room at 5:30 p.m. and close at 7:00 p.m. Reservations are not required, but food is available on a first come - first served basis.

The menu will be: turkey with provolone and bacon on a croissant, fruit and nut salad, potato salad, chips and dips, chocolate eclairs, and apple turnovers. Cost is $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for children ages 10 and under. For additional information, please call Diana at 540-231-8481.

Orange & Maroon Tour Dates Set

The 2010 Orange & Maroon Tour will soon be headed to an area near you. We will kick things off on April 20, when the Roanoke Valley Hokie Club will have their annual golf and dinner outing with this year's guests Coach Seth Greenberg and VT Athletics Director Jim Weaver. Pulaski County Hokie Club will also hold their event on April 20 when they will welcome guests Coach Frank Beamer and Coach Beth Dunkenberger. The full slate of events will be posted soon on the Hokie Club website.

Hokies Respect Sportsmanship Campaign

Hokies Respect is a sportsmanship awareness program designed to promote first-class fan conduct at Virginia Tech sporting events. At Virginia Tech, we treasure and protect college game day.

We wish to remind and empower Hokie Fans to be caretakers of college game day in Lane Stadium and Cassell Coliseum. It is incumbent on all of us to join together for Hokies Respect. Please join us in our efforts to maintain Virginia Tech’s national reputation as a tenacious opponent, a tough place to play and always a first-class host.
